As anaesthetists, we are highly trained to care for our patients in all facets of their perioperative care. However, managing a busy practice, in particular the issues associated with being an employer, is not an area of great experience for me and the fellow directors.
Since we have had Bob and his team manage all aspects of our staffing and HR needs, the office has run smoothly and reduced the burden of this stress to virtually zero.
